It is prohibited to fly within a radius of 1.62 NM from the ARP without written permission from the airport operator, Aeroclub Limburgse Vleugels.

 

Since every assignment is different, we would like to ask the RPAS operators to submit their application in a uniform manner via info@ebzw.be and this at least 7 days before the planned date of deployment.

 

Your application must contain at least the following elements:

• Full pilot name + license number

• Cell phone number pilot

• Callsign RPAS

• Date + time of T / O + LDG of the RPAS

• Exact location where the RPAS will be deployed + map on which this is indicated

• Maximum flight altitude AGL

• Nature of the assignment

 

If you have provided all the information, your application will be evaluated internally and we will contact you.
